Regardless of the home’s size, location, or number of guests, traveling via Noad will always come in at $0/night. Final cleaning varies per home, but you can sleep easy knowing you’ll return to a professionally cleaned home.

Noad is a community of like-minded professionals with a shared love of travel. Our members are hybrid workers, digital nomads, freelancers, entrepreneurs, empty nesters, and those of us who simply want to explore new places.

Our members are scattered across the world. Many work for well-known companies (Google, Slack, Salesforce, TikTok), while others are their own boss.

At their core is a desire to be a part of a community, and live like a local. If you are tired of transactional, impersonal travel experiences, you’ve come to the right place.

Of course, the best way to earn credits is to host! You will receive credits for every night another Noad member stays in your home.

Since no money is exchanged between guest and host, you’re welcoming someone into your home as you would anyone else. However, we suggest letting your landlord know you’ll be hosting guests, and that you’re not renting out your apartment.

If you have questions about your lease, we would be happy to review it with you. Each landlord has their own rules on this topic, and your situation may differ. We recommend that all members read their lease and verify the rules before listing their home.
